Getting it booked
First check that the dates you wish to book are free on the availability calendar provided. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
Once you know the date you want to pick up the Motorhome, fill in the reservation form and hit the send button. We will then contact you to complete your booking and arrange payment of a deposit (£250.00) (non-refundable). Deposits can be paid over the phone by credit card or by BACS (Bank transfer). Customers will then receive an email confirming their reservation and acknowledging receipt of deposit.
What will I need? We will go over everything you need to do and provide when we contact you to complete your reservation. These will include a photocard driver’s license and 2 proofs of address from two different sources. Each driver will also be required to complete a DVLA check. Please note, DVLA licence checks can only be carried out on driving licences issued from mainland UK.
Customers will be required to pay A REFUNDABLE SECURITY deposit two weeks prior to pick-up. This will be fully refunded within 48 hours of the customer returning the Motorhome in the condition agreed under the terms and conditions.
